New Principal Mentoring

The New Principal Mentoring Program at the Professional Development Alliance provides outstanding mentoring/coaching for first year Illinois Principals. Our coaches are highly successful, experienced principals who have received C.L.A.S.S. (Coaching Leaders to Attain Student Success), I.P.A. Foundational Training, and/or research- based training.

Our program provides customized coaching by matching the coach’s experience with the needs of the new principal and district. Our goal is to support new principals as they develop effective instructional leadership skills that will have a positive impact on student achievement and school culture.
