Chris McAfee is a RESPRO consultant working with many districts and schools on school improvement planning and implementation. As an experienced SAC/Standards Aligned Classroom coach, Differentiated Instruction presenter, and classroom teacher, Chris helps school communities work together in high performing teams to formulate shared goals. In addition to her passion for designing powerful classroom instruction, similar energies have been directed toward being a presenter and trainer for Blueprints for Effective Meetings, an extremely effective program geared to maximizing results within the workplace. As an educator in the middle grades, personal school experiences include engagement in professional learning communities, teacher leader of a middle school that received multiple Blue Ribbon awards, an examiner in the Lincoln/Baldrige program, and a Cooperative Learning trainer through Johnson and Johnson.
Educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in education from Illinois State University, a master’s degree in social studies from Governors State University and a master’s degree in administration from Governors State University.
