Bob has extensive training in Facilitation, Mentoring, Coaching, Cognitive Coaching, Teacher Supervision and Evaluation, Syatems Framework, Professional Learning Communities, and School Improvement Planning. He has over 33 years of expereince as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. As an administrator, Bob was a recipient of the Innovative Technology Award, "Those Who Excel" Award, and recognized by Western Illinois University for his work in professional development.
Bob's belief that R. Carter's quote, "A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don't necessarily want to go, but ought to be.", informs all of his work with educators.
Bob's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana; Master of Arts from Chicago State University, Chicago, Illinois. He is also an adjunct graduate instructor and college supervisor for student teachers. Bob is a member of Illinois Principal's Association and Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
