
Rudy Lubov loves to help people and schools succeed and has the proven experience and background to do this. A Superintendent once said of her, "Mrs. Lubov, you are a school onto yourself."
As a regular, special education, and ELL teacher, school librarian, Principal for 15 years of Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade schools, Director of Literacy for the Chicago Public Schools, and Educator-in-Residence for the State of Illinois, mentor, coach, staff developer, and university adjunct professor, Mrs. Lubov's training and experience allows her to see things from many different approaches. She has worked in very diverse and multicultural settings. With all of this knowledge, her strength is helping you find the best approach for your needs.
Mrs. Lubov graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and received a Masters Degree in Special Education from Northeastern Illinois University. A lifelong passion for how people learn has led to post graduate training in the areas of Literacy, ELL, Special Education, differentiation, RTI (Response to Intervention) and curriculum development. Having spent many years in leadership positions as a teacher and administrator, she is very experienced and skilled in leadership training and coaching, building Professional Learning Communities and teams, and consultation to support the development of a positive caring academic culture. In her years of work with the many different schools, she has a great "batting average" in helping schools make AYP ("Adequate Yearly Progress") . A consultant at the Professional Development Alliance, she currently serves as a New Principal Mentor, staff developer, and RESPRO coach.
