Sarah Igric is a highly skilled educator who brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role as a PDA Consultant.  Her rich background as a high school reading specialist and English classroom teacher informs her expertise in the following areas:

  • Practical and effective strategies for implementing research based, best practice, literacy initiatives into the middle and high school classroom.

Sarah offers a variety of outstanding professional development opportunities to teachers, schools and district teams.  Her understanding of literacy theory and research, coupled with a practical grasp of instructional practice, empowers teachers to improve student learning and achievement.

Sarah’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Saint Francis in Joliet, Illinois, and a Master’s Degree in Reading and Literacy from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.
