William Dutkiewicz

William Dutkiewicz is an engaging trainer and coach who specializes in working with the Induction and Mentoring initiative designed to help veteran teachers aid those new to the profession in becoming proficient and competent in the classroom.  He is available to conduct follow-up mini-workshops as novice teachers need to deal with classroom issues.  William also works with schools to resolve issues of school improvement and school compliance. 

William, known as Duke to his colleagues, has a background as an English teacher and chairman and as a counselor and chairman at both the middle and high school levels.  He has a bachelor's degree in English and advanced degrees in education and guidance.  He remains active in the Valley View school district supporting various classroom initiatives and teacher grants.
