Bill is an educational consultant and trainer focusing on issues of school improvement, data analysis, principal leadership, team effectiveness, and assessing the implementation and impact of professional development events. As a published author for such journals as the Illinois and Connecticut Journals of Health and Physical Education, the Ohio Middle School Journal, and Schools in the Middle. his articles span a variety of topics ranging from increasing students' physical fitness, literature rich classrooms, leadership, and developing the social maturity of middle school students. Bill was a reseach associate on an international study that compared the achievement of elementary students in the United States and the former Soviet Union, for Phi Delta Kappa International. He has been a speaker at many state and national conventions and receipent of several awards include the Those Who Excel Award from the Illinois State Board of Education.
Bill is a former school psychologist, special education teacher, elementary and middle school principal. His educational background includes a Bachelor and Master degree from Illinois State University, and Doctor of Education degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
