The M.I.C.E. EFFECT is a catalyst for organizational growth that opens minds, builds strengths, celebrates differences, and empowers people to take personal responsibility for building a positive and successful organization. This highly interactive series of trainings will help educational leaders and educators apply research based strategies to build or strengthen effective classroom and school culture. 

 

The M.I.C.E. Effect-Building Effective Cultures that Support Student Achievement  (AA credit available)

This training helps eductional professionals discover tools and techniques to make the organization collaborative, supportive, productive and high achieveing by engaging in activities that deepen the connection between school culture and the success of staff and students.

Navigating the Maze of Change-Building Effective Foundations that Support Educational Change (AA credit available)

This training will prepare the educational leader with tools and techniques for planning and executing a successful change effort thorugh exploration of a framework for thinking about and leading complex change more powerfully.

 This series of trainings can be delivered on site at your school or district or taken at the Professional Development Alliance.  It can be customized  for the following audiences:

  • Administators/Leaders with available Administrator's Academy Credit
  • Faculty and Staff in half day or whole day format
  • Support Staff and/or Administrative Professionals
