The Professional Development Alliance provides support to K-12 teachers, administrators and support staff in understanding the dynamics of poverty and the effects poverty has on student achievement as documented in the work by Dr. Ruby Payne.  In addition, the Professional Development Alliance offers opportunities to develop and differentiate instruction and behavior models based on the poverty information.  Our highly trained and experienced professional development consultants can support your goals of student achievement through a variety of highly effective and flexible programs and strategies.
