THREE COUNTIES - ONE EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY

One of the primary goals of the Professional Development Alliance is to create a culture of lifelong learning among our educational community. We believe strongly in the power of peer to peer sharing as a means of professional growth and positive collaboration.

Several successful inter-district cadres already exist (see below). Most cadres meet monthly or bi-monthly with each meeting having a core topic of discussion and time for sharing and discussion of other timely issues. We encourage you to join appropriate cadres by contacting the cadre facilitator / president.

We are also attempting to determine interest in the creation of new tri-county cadres for those with similar job functions, for those with similar topics of interest, and for minority groups with special educational concerns. If you would be interested in participating in a new cadre, complete the cadre interest form, or contact John at (815) 744-8337 or jsalzer@pdaonline.org.
