After accessing http://iirc.niu.edu log in to your District Profile Page. On your District Profile page, click on the link entitled Log into e-Plans for this District located on the right side of the screen. Enter your username and password to access your plan.

Caution: e-Plan passwords are not the same as IWAS passwords or passwords for IIRC Student Data Services.
