This position is responsible for providing high level administrative assistant and secretarial support. Responsibilities include: Serving as Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director, maintaining all paperwork for HR functions; scheduling, agenda, and minute taking for meetings of the Board of Directors, managing paperwork & scheduling of state and regional programs, keeping official records to meet state, federal & local requirements. The position also involves some light bookkeeping, serving as the office lead for registration & workshop facilitation, and being the first line of communication with the public.

*Minimum 5 years of high level secretarial experience required. Previous school secretarial experience a plus.

This is a full-time, 12 month position with benefits, including IMRF retirement plan and health insurance.
