Nimisha Bhatt, Ed.D. has spent over 25 years as a teacher, principal, curriculum facilitator and consultant in elementary and middle schools in Missouri and Illinois with a passion for supporting the work of transforming schools with the highest need. Dr. Bhatt currently serves as the Recruiting and Equity Officer for Peoria School District 150. She also recently served as the executive director of a PK-8th grade dual language montessori school in Chicago. Right before joining the language school, she worked with American Institute for Research as an instructional support specialist. Her primary role included providing expertise and supporting school districts in Illinois in organizational leadership, data systems, teacher effectiveness, and providing equitable opportunities for all students in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Her past experience makes her a great fit to serve your school as a School Improvement Coach.
Dr. Bhatt has a doctorate in educational administration and supervision from Loyola University and a master’s and specialist’s degree in educational administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
