Inservice Offerings

PicTeachers02.pngOverview

The Professional Development Alliance has developed a talented network of internal and external presenters who are prepared to present a wide range of topics to your teachers and professional staff during Inservice Days. Let us know the area that you want to target and your goals for the day, and we will assist you.

Common Professional Development Topic Areas

Choosing a topic for your professional development day can be a challenge.  In general, we recommend that you allow your School Improvement Plan to guide you.

To learn more about these professional development trainings, contact Alexia Lopez at (815) 744-8334.

Let us help to spark some ideas with the following list of the areas in which we receive the most requests for inservice presenters:

Administrators' Academies

In addition to sending your administrators to the PDA for Administrators' Academy opportunities, you can also host Academies right at your district during an Inservice, Institute or School Improvement day.  This is a cost-effective way of helping your Type 75 personnel meet their annual Academy requirements.
