The PDA offers a complete set of consulting services for all your professional development needs.  We can create, develop, or find experts to deliver any services your school or district needs in the area of professional development.  Areas in which the Professional Development Alliance offers consulting services include:

• Professional development planning for your schools or districts.  Please keep us in mind for your next meeting, workshop, or institute day.  We employ a variety of consultants with expertise in all areas of education.  Some examples include: NGSS, Balanced Assessments, Restorative Justice, and Trauma.
• Continuous Improvement Planning (CIP) - We help implement the guidelines set by the Illinois State Board of Education into your plan.  Information on school improvement planning, data collection, student strategies, and parent involvement can be crafted specifically for your school.
