Facilities Designed to Meet Your Needs

Our state-of-the-art training rooms can be rented for your training, meeting, or conference. We have a variety of rooms that can be arranged to meet most needs.  Each training room is fully equipped with a projection device, screen, sound system, presenter laptop computer, wireless (Wi-Fi) access, flipcharts, and markers. Our technical staff is on hand to provide assistance if needed. We offer a variety of catering options, from gourmet coffee service to refreshment breaks to hot and cold meals. You can always expect our attentive staff to provide world-class customer service. Our convenient location near the intersection of I-80 and I-55 makes us the perfect place to hold your event.

Pricing Information for Meeting & Conference Space 

Requests will be accepted and filled on a space available basis.

District and Schools within our Region

$150.00 fee for room usage between 8am-4:30pm.

The facilities request form must have a school administrator's signature.

All cancellations by either party must be made 5 days prior to the activity date.

Non-Schools Not for Profits Within Region

$250.00 fee per day for using the facilities between 8am-4:30pm. A $50.00 deposit is required with a signed contract.

The deposit will be forfeited when a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the activity date.

Other Organizations

$500.00 fee per day for using the facilities between 8am-4:30pm. A $100.00 deposit is required with a signed contract.

The deposit will be forfeited when a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the activity date.

 

*Additional Costs

  • When the technology lab is requested, a fee of $15.00/per person computer usage will apply
  • $20.00/hr for using facilities prior to 8am and after 4:30pm (cost for staff time).
  • Coffee service can be provided at a fee of $1.50/person.
  • Coffee service and bakery can be provided at a fee of $4.00/person
  • If lunch is catered, it must be arranged through PDA. Lunch cost starts at $12.00/person.
  • If a cancellation occurs less than 5 days prior to the activity, 50% of the total food charge will be due.
  • Afternoon snacks can be provided at a fee of $2.00/person.
  • An organization is responsible for providing its own photocopied materials. If emergency photocopying is required on the day of the activity, the cost will be .10 per sheet.
  • Requests will be accepted and filled on a space available basis.
